Professor Nina Guise-Gerrity, MBA
International Coaching Federation Trained.
Professor Guise-Gerrity holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Philosophy, a master’s in Great Books, and a professional master’s in business administration from Loyola University Maryland. She teaches courses in Ancient Greek philosophy, Political & Economic philosophy, and conducts the first-year experience at Loyola University Maryland. Nina has won awards for her teaching, advising, and mentoring skills combined with 30 years of experience providing cutting-edge college preparation services.
Her students gain admission to prestigious Ivy League universities and other top-tier colleges based on test scores, resumes, internship experiences, curated scholarly papers, and academic records she helps them achieve.

Dr. Josh Smith
Former NACADA President
Dr. Smith holds a PhD in Educational Psychology and Methodology. For 10 years, he served as the Dean of the School of Education at Loyola University Maryland. He was named Outstanding Academic Advisor and later served as President of NACADA: The Global Community for Academic Advising, the largest organization or professional advisors in the world.
He has published numerous research papers and awarded grants to study how students overcome the challenges of the transition to high school and college. He has advised thousands of college students and mentored hundreds of university professors.
